Recombinant CotA (CD1613) was expressed in E.coli as a single
polypeptide chain with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. It was purified from
inclusion body with AGI’s buffer-15 through a Ni-sepharose column
followed by FPLC gel filtration chromatograph step.
