The recombinant brahrma-related gene 1 (BRG1/SMARC4/BF190) was expressed in the baculovirus (Sf9) system and purified by the combination of Ni-affinity column and other conventional chromatographic methods. The resulted protein contains 1697 amino acids with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. It migrates in SDS-PAGE with an apparent molecular mass of 190kDa.
