The recombinant Androgen Receptor (AR) was expressed in the
baculovirus (Sf9) system and purified by the combination of Ni-affinity
column and other conventional chromatographic methods. The
resulted protein contains 941 amino acids with a Flag tag at the N-
terminus and 8H tag at the C-terminus. It migrates in SDS-PAGE with
an apparent molecular mass of 105kDa.
