Recombinant FliC (CD0239) was expressed in E.coli as a single,
nonglycosylated, polypeptide chain with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. It
was purified from the inclusion body through a Ni-sepharose column
followed by FPLC gel filtration chromatograph step.
